Effective Leadership-Advanced: A 20/20 MDS® Workshop Kit The advanced level of this course takes the topics and competencies of the first course in this series to a deeper level.
Leadership in organizations is about setting goals and inspiring people who work in the organization to give a commitment to achieve those goals. There will obviously be different levels of leadership from those who lead thousands, those who lead hundreds and those who lead smaller teams, but they will still share the same function - to get people to do ‘the job’.
