Creativity and Innovation
Creativity and innovation drive the organization forward to new markets and levels of performance. More than the generation of an idea or insight is required, however -- the insight must be put into action to make a genuine difference, resulting for example in new or altered business processes within the organization, or changes in the products and services provided. People at all levels need to learn to think in new or what are often called “lateral” or “out-of-the-box” kinds of ways for creativity to flourish.
