Ready To Manage has assembled a brand new, up-to-date and comprehensive program on how to get ready to run an entrepreneurial business well before you start the process (or run it even more effectively if you have already commenced!).
This course is designed to be delivered in a blended learning package with six pre-designed evening seminars (which have fully scripted notes for the facilitators), five full e-learning modules and a full assessment system for course participants. There are five modules plus a “building the business plan” unit in the Preparing for Enterprise program-one module at VRQ level 2 Award level and four more to gain the full level 2 Certificate:
• Assessing your Readiness for Enterprise
• Exploring the legal and regulatory requirements
• Exploring how to market and sell a product or service
• Exploring the financial needs of a business
• Exploring how to start and run a business (operational excellence)
• Building the Business Plan
