The Psychological introduction series booklets provide a summary overview of popular and widely used psychological models that are frequently used in business. These psychological theories such as Jungian Type, NLP, FIRO and Transactional Analysis are all used to better understand human relationships and typically to provide useful context for the behavior of individuals and teams. This can help leaders specifically to better appreciate why people may think and act in particular ways or even how they may respond in a variety of different situations or circumstances.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP was originated by John Grinder and Richard Bandler (whose background was in mathematics and gestalt theapy) for the purpose of making explicit models concerning human communications. Grinder and Bandler symbolized the relationship between brain, language and the body under the term NLP. Through the years, NLP has developed some very poserful tools and skills for communicatino and change in a wide range of professional area including psychotherapy, coaching, training and others.

Written in an easy to follow summary style with diagrams to illustrate ideas where appropriate, these brief 20 page booklets are particularly useful to leaders and managers at all levels to quickly appreciate some of the main highlights of each respective pyschology. However, they are also useul to trainers, facilitators, coaches and even general pyscholgists to help explain these theories to others.
