We can help you select and administer any of our assessments as self-assessments, 180 degree assessments or even 360 degree assessments. Whether you are looking for an assessment as a pre-training exercise, or want to use one of our assessments as part of your Management Development program, we can provide the necessary expertise to guide you through best practices in using these powerful tools.
In addition, many organizations ask us to provide a skilled and experienced organizational consultant from our team, with a background in psychology, to provide feedback from these instruments to individual participants in a one-on-one, confidential discussion meeting (either on Skype or over the phone). The Talent Spotters system is a highly cost-effective process which combines access to many learning resources in the ReadyToManage Webstore with one-to-one support coaching over a six month period as individuals are undertaking their learning journey.
Each individual is initially given a targeted diagnostic system including a personality type assessment (the PTI) and two deep competency assessments (the Management Effectiveness Profile and the Leadership Effectiveness Profile). This process generates a tailored development pathway for the individual to subsequently undertake, which includes further detailed assessments, structured downloadable reading resources and self-paced e-learning modules, all supported by expert coaching.
