The goal is offer summary practical guidelines to refer to when dealing with issues of dicsipline, sexual harrassment or workplace bullying, interviewing, reference checking, discrimination and other issues. The emphasis of most of what we will describe is that all managers are wise to adhere to the spirit of the law, or put another way, the principle of: fairness, respect, and integrity.
