The "Aeroplane Challenge" game is a simple effective energizer which is fun to play with any size group. Participants make a paper aeroplane under time pressure and compete trying to get it closer to the bucket than other aeroplanes in the room.
Use anytime it is necessary to get participants in action or to encourage them to broaden their thinking. A good session opener or energizer for a tired audience.
